This is an easy carrot and sunflower make that only uses four grated carrots, some shelled sunflower seeds, and a little olive oil. First you grate the carrots into little small strips, and shell the seeds. Place the olive oil, seeds, and carrots in a mixing bowl, and toss the mix so that it has the seeds all over the place and the mix is thoroughly covered with olive oil. After that, serve away! This really is a fast meal to make and it’s pretty good, too.
